The issues related to society, environment, and disaster prevention are large -scale and complex phenomena. To analyse these phenomena, it is necessary to simultaneously develop the mathematical modelling and simulation technique at the same time. In particular, the progress of machine learning methods is remarkable. These techniques also have a new solution to the problem handled in this session. This session is planned to exchange opinions on modelling methods and simulation methods by related researchers. We will expect a large number of researchers who are interested in the related fields.
