Registration Fees & How to Register
The registration process must be completed online through your personal account and consists of the following steps
- Enter your billing information
- Select the applicable fee category
- Review and pay the registration fee
If you prefer to make the payment by bank transfer, please proceed through all registration steps until you reach the final page entitled “Review and pay the registration fee.” On this page, you may download a proforma invoice. Once you have downloaded the document, you may save your progress and exit the system.
You will be able to download your invoice, once your payment has been completed, from your personal account under the section 'My Registration'. Please allow 24–72 hours after payment for the invoice to become available to download.
Invitation Letter
If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, please log in to your personal account to download it. This option will be available only after submitting your abstract.
Registration fees are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Deadline for early bird and for speaker registration is March 31st, 2026.

Registration fee includes:
The organizers are pleased to provide all delegates with a complimentary public transportation ticket for Munich (Zone M), in support of the event’s sustainability objectives.
It also includes congress documentation, coffee breaks and welcome reception.
Registration conditions:
* Members of ECCOMAS and IACM may apply for a discounted fee upon verification of their membership. To proceed with the application, please download the form below, duly complete and sign it, and submit it to the conference Secretariat at wccm-eccomas2026_sec@cimne.upc.edu. Individuals interested in joining either association are invited to consult the respective websites for further information.
** Student registration: Attendees registering under the student rate are kindly requested to upload an official document issued by their university or research institution confirming that they are full-time undergraduate or PhD students. This certificate must be uploaded in PDF format through your personal account.
Payment confirmation: A notification will be sent to your email address once your payment has been successfully processed. You will be able to download your invoice, once your payment has been completed, from your personal account under the section 'My Registration'. Please allow 24–72 hours after payment for the invoice to become available to download.
Registration Procedure: Please create an account and accept the Terms of Use of the registration platform. Once logged in, you may register by selecting the “My Congress” link. From there, choose the appropriate registration type, enter the billing information, and complete the payment.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you will be able to download the proforma invoice during the payment process.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 200 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before March 31st, 2026. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made) There will be no refund to the author registrants.
