Childcare options at WCCM-ECCOMAS 2026
Playroom
A dedicated playroom will be available throughout the congress on the ICM - Mezzanine Floor. Its exact location can be found on the WCCM venue maps.
This welcoming space is designed for delegates attending the congress with their children, offering a comfortable place where parents and children can relax, take a break, and enjoy a selection of games, toys, and activities together in a family-friendly environment.
Professional Childcare Services
Professional childcare services are available through an external childcare agency.
The IACM is sponsoring childcare for children aged 0–12, with two dedicated caregivers, from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 13:00.
• Maximum capacity: This service is limited to 15 children at a time.
• Reservation required: by mail only: congress@care4kidz.de. Please reserve your slot in advance.
Participants who require childcare outside the maximum number of children and/or outside the sponsored schedule should consult the agency directly regarding specific fees. These additional costs must be covered by the delegate directly. By mail only: congress@care4kidz.de
WCCM-ECCOMAS 2026 is a family-friendly congress. Children are welcome in public congress areas and scientific sessions when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Parks
Several playgrounds, parks, and green spaces are available in the neighborhood of the ICM – International Congress Center Munich, offering convenient outdoor areas for children and families during the congress.
