Coffee Breaks and Water Fountains
Coffee Breaks
As the congress is being held across four different venues—ICM, H4 Hotel München Messe, Nemetschek Haus, and Brainlab—coffee service will be provided at each location to ensure the comfort and convenience of all delegates. The distribution of the coffee service has been planned according to the seating capacity of the meeting rooms at each venue and will be available at the scheduled times specified in the programme, from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, except for:
- Monday, July 20 | 11:00–11:30: Coffee break available only at ICM.
- Friday, July 24 | 16:30–17:00: Farewell Coffee break available only at ICM.
Water Foutains
Water refill stations will be available exclusively at the ICM venue. 20 refill points will be strategically located throughout the ICM to ensure convenient access and an adequate water supply for all delegates.
