Full Papers & Conference Proceedings
The submission of full papers (not mandatory) will open on July 1st, 2026 NEW!
Conference Proceedings (including full papers only) will be published on Scipedia with DOI number after the congress and will be submitted for indexation to SCOPUS database.
The deadline for submission of full papers is September 15th , 2026. Full paper submission is not mandatory in order to give the presentation at the Congress.
Publication of Congress Abstracts in Open Access
The Congress abstracts will be uploaded to the Scipedia platform and will be freely accesible after the congress in Open Access. This is an initiative aiming to the broad permanent dissemination of contributions to scientific and technical events ( abstracts, papers, videos , etc. ) sponsored by the new COLLOQUIAM platform, a spin-off of Scipedia, that will be operational by end of July 2026.
Submission Steps:
- Prepare your full paper in PDF format using the following template (here)
- Login to your account (here).
- In the section My Submissions” (here), click on the “Edit” button of your already submitted contribution.
- Once in the Edit page, go to the “Attached Files” and browse your file on “Upload new full paper”.
- Click “Send” at the bottom of the page.
- To make sure that your full paper is successfully uploaded, kindly click the "Edit " button again of your submitted contribution and check if you can see your uploaded file. *Please note that a confirmation email will NOT be sent by uploading a full paper.
