Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is increasingly used in younger, low-risk patients, but procedure-related complications remain a concern. This study presents a patient-specific computational framework to simulate post-TAVI hemodynamics using fully coupled fluid–structure interaction (FSI) models based on pre-procedural imaging. The methodology accurately reproduced valve kinematics and flow patterns, showing strong agreement with clinical measurements and revealing inter-patient variability. The model also provided advanced hemodynamic indicators not measurable in vivo, demonstrating its potential to support clinical decision-making and improve future valve design.
